The pool is amazing, quiet and peaceful. The room is big with a wonderful view. Food at Aux Beaux Art and the Pastry Bar is great. The staff, Steven at check-in, Jack at the pool and Pic at the spa, are kind and accommodating.

During my Christmas stay, I was really impressed with the stunning and beautiful hotel. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. the bed and pillow were of high quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within easy walking distance. the friendly and helpful staff also added to the overall positive experience.
One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the occasional smell of smoke that would come through the vents from other smoking rooms. This was a minor inconvenience, but still noticeable.

The exclusive amenities provided by this hotel are truly luxurious. the spa's full, body massages and body wraps are incredibly relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi have excellent views and were perfect for unwinding. the staff's exceptional service made me feel welcomed and well, cared, for throughout my stay. the on, site bar/lounge area was a great place to relax with friends and enjoy delicious snacks and cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.
The hotel's continental breakfast buffet lacked variety and freshness, leaving much to be desired. this minor issue was quickly remedied by the attentive staff, who made every effort to accommodate my dietary needs with the special diet menus and breakfast options available.
